FAQ

Notifications not arriving

• Check iOS Settings → Notifications → PayReminder.
• Check Focus / Do Not Disturb modes.
• Past due dates may not trigger reminders.

Pro features not unlocked

• Try Settings → Restore Purchases.
• Ensure you are signed into the App Store with the same Apple ID used to purchase.

Backing up data

• Free: export/import JSON from Settings (on device).
• Pro: enable iCloud backup to sync changes to iCloud.

Refunds

In-app purchase refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
